Some properties have a ton of potential - they just need the right work to unlock it. That was the situation here. The land was overgrown and tight, making day-to-day use a hassle and hosting guests nearly impossible. So we got to work.

We brought in the excavator and skid steer to clear the area and get the ground ready for what comes next. Land clearing like this isn't just about taking stuff out - it's about shaping the space with intention. Every pass matters. We're thinking about drainage, grade, and how the finished surface will perform long-term, not just how it looks when we pack up.

The cleared area is being prepped for a crushed concrete driveway and a spacious parking pad. That combo is tough, cost-effective, and handles heavy loads well - exactly what you want when you're parking campers, trailers, and extra vehicles. Crushed concrete compacts tight, sheds water, and holds up through freeze-thaw cycles better than a lot of people expect.

The site is wide open now and ready for the next phase. It's the kind of job where good site prep makes everything downstream easier - the driveway install goes smoother, the surface drains better, and the end result holds up for years instead of months.

This is what proper site work looks like before the finish surface ever goes down. Get the foundation right first, and the rest follows.
