We typically calculate the bid on site in about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the scope. We present the estimate in person, and we email an official estimate that night with a clear option to approve or decline. If the price is outside your budget, we ask that you call us before declining because we may be able to adjust the scope to better fit what you need. A 10% deposit is required to get on our schedule.
