Before the appointment, we send a reminder text the day before. Then, about 15 to 60 minutes before arrival, we send a courtesy text to let you know we are on the way.

Once we arrive, we walk the property with you and listen to your vision. We look at the size of the area, how many trees or brush sections need to be removed, site access, grading needs, and how the cleared area will be used. We take measurements and determine the scope of work right there on site. In most cases, we calculate the bid on the spot in about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on project size. We present the estimate in person, and then we email the official estimate that night so you can review and approve or decline it.

If the original scope comes in higher than expected, we encourage you to call us before declining. In many cases, we can adjust the scope to better fit your budget while still helping you move the project forward. To get on our schedule, we require a 10% deposit.
