Once we are on site, we walk the property with you, take measurements, and figure out the scope, grading needs, and material requirements. In most cases, we calculate the bid on the spot in about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the project. We then go over the estimate with you in person, and an official estimate is emailed that night with the option to approve or decline. If the project needs to be adjusted to better fit your budget, we are happy to talk through scope options when possible. A 10% deposit gets your project on the schedule.
